We thank you for visiting our web page and your interest in our company and the services we provide.  Community Sciences Corporation (CSC) was founded in 1974 in Albuquerque, New Mexico and includes offices in New Mexico and Arizona.  Through quality performance and a unique blend of professional team experience and qualifications, Community Sciences Corporation has provided 30 years of Comprehensive Planning (Land Use and Municipal), Civil Engineering and Land Surveying.   Taking a differing viewpoint than larger consulting firms, our manager–owner team maintains a successful 30 year philosophy that if a professional consulting firm is to compete on the excellence of its service, the size and type of services offered must be kept manageable and directed by those who have a hands-on stake in the client’s needs.  This philosophy is reflected in our manager-owner’s on-going direct involvement with all of our projects, providing both direction and filling production needs, and continued communication with our clients.   Complementing CSC, members of our professional staff have personal, hands-on knowledge in municipal operations and site planning acquired through individual experience as land developer, planning director, zoning administrator, transportation engineer, water resources director, assets manager, construction inspector, Federal Banking Regulation monitors, city engineer and public works director.
